Appetizer plate of pasta with Kalamata olives
and cherry tomato.
French Onion Soup
Oven baked with crust of bread and mozzarella cheese.
Dinner
Stuffed Italian Pork Chops
with Gorgonzola and Apple
Brined thick and juicy pork chop, pan seared
and stuffed with green apple and gorgonzola
cheese. Served with roasted potatoes.
Prosciutto stuffed Chicken
breast with pears
Plump breast of chicken stuffed with prosciutto,
ricotta and fontina cheese, lightly breaded, baked and
topped with bubbly hot fresh pear compote and fresh
snipped sage. Served with grilled
asparagus and mushroom risotto.
Pasta Prima Vera
Summer vegetable saute with pasta. Tossed with olive oil,
feta cheese, kalamata olives and roma tomatoes.
